At Nobbys, every product is handcrafted with care and thoroughly quality-checked before it leaves our workshop. We stand by our craftsmanship, and in the rare case that something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
We offer replacements only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damages during transit
We do not accept replacements or returns for:
- Size or fit issues
- Change of mind / not liking the product
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Because each Nobbys piece is handmade, small variations in weave, texture, or finish are part of the charm and not considered defects.
